My Turquoise Bathroom

Monochromatic Turquoise

To make a small bathroom look bigger, try painting it a cool, solid color.

Busy wallpaper seems to fill up the space and just makes the room feel more crowded.

Keeping surfaces clear of toiletries and decorations also opens up the room and makes it look bigger.

Last year I redid my bathroom, getting rid of pink wallpaper and adding turquoise blue accents.

I painted the walls and the clawfoot tub turquoise blue. The lower part of the walls and all the wood trim is white, and all the towels are turquoise.

I love the new color - it gives it a clean and open look.
